From Phil Gianficaro at Bucks County Courier Times:
“As we celebrate the passage of Kayden’s Law in the state Senate, and anticipate the same in the House and for Gov. Tom Wolf to subsequently enact the bolstering of child-protection laws, I’m reminded of the horror of how we all got here.
I’m reminded of the unconscionable decision by Bucks County Common Pleas Court Judge Jeffrey Trauger that led to a child’s brutal murder by her biological father, who then committed suicide, but not before leaving a mocking note to his family and ex-girlfriend on their daughter’s lifeless body.
I’m reminded how this family court judge had before him so many red flags and screaming sirens yet ignored them all.”
Did you notice today in Frank Cervone’s testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee he said Judge Trauger was blameless in Kayden’s death?
