The Palm Beach County Judicial System is Failing You

One of our biggest concerns is Judge John L. Phillips of the 15th Judicial Circuit Court, Family Division.

We have been told that under the Florida Constitution, only the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) has authority to investigate complaints against Florida Judges.

We are now a group of several families, and growing weekly. We are asking anyone who has seen this Judge, and how he acts and treats the litigants, attorneys and residents of Palm Beach County to step forward. The same applies to any judge acting unprofessionally.

If you have observed repeated bias or have witnessed other unprofessional behavior, please come forward and help. Nothing is too small or insignificant. We need to document if any judge is unable to provide objective arbitration and effective, unbiased judgments.

Your court system is failing you and we must fight back.

Let the JQC know that we will no longer stand by while an unstable, unprofessional judge is permitted to stay in our court system. Let the JQC know if you have been the victim of a judge, purposely running down litigants time in court, maliciously picking fights,with attorneys, and using his position to make unfounded accusations about litigants, causing them undue stress and financial hardship.
